Coaching session with ENSEA students for a better professional integration

To strengthen job search techniques and increase the professional integration rate of its graduates of 90% within three months ENSEA Management has kindly opened its doors to the Union of Large Industrial Enterprises of Côte d’Ivoire (UGECI) for a coaching session on youth employability.

This training session in which the students took part at the end of the cycle on Wednesday, April 27, 2021, is part of the axis: Bringing together young people of the job market and companies of the educational environment of the project “Investing Together”. A project of the European Union in connection with the Program of Support for Competitiveness and Regional Integration of Côte d’Ivoire.

In his opening remarks, the Director of ENSEA, Dr. Hugues KOUADIO, welcomed this initiative of UGECI which will be very beneficial for its students and will allow them to strengthen their ability to integrate the labor market.

Mrs. Marie-France DURANDIÈRE, Director of the REA-RH Excellence Africa program and Eléonore N’DA DOUMBIA, Director of Human Resources IPS (Industrial Promotion Services) West Africa, instructed the participants on how to prepare their professional project, the sought after profiles by recruiters and above all how to succeed in their professional insertion.

This coaching session was a real moment of exchange with the students who do not miss any opportunity to learn and develop new skills.
