525 candidates will sit for the exams this Monday 28 June in Abidjan and Yamoussoukro to enter the prestigious Engineering in Statistics and Economics (ISE) course of ENSEA in Abidjan.
The ISE programme at ENSEA is one of the most popular in Africa, due to the quality of the training and the high employability rate of its graduates. It is an engineering course which confers a Master’s degree and whose objective is to train students capable of contributing to the fundamental orientations of the development actions of parapublic, public and private structures.
Registration for the ISE entry examination is open every year in January. It is a pan-African entry examination common to the schools of the African Schools of Statistics (ESA) network, which are ENSEA in Abidjan, ENSAE in Dakar, ISSEA in Yaoundé and ENEAM in Cotonou.
ENSEA’s ISE programme is EUR-ACE@ certified by the European Commission for Engineering Qualifications (CTI) since 2019.
ISE graduates are capable of participating in the definition of economic and social policies, modelling complex structures, collecting, analysing and synthesising information, optimising decision making and developing national accounts and price indices.
In the 3rd year, six specialisation tracks are possible.
