CONTINUING TRAINING: ENSEA BUILDS THE CAPACITY OF THE AGENTS OF 𝗟𝗔 𝗦𝗢𝗖𝗜𝗘́𝗧𝗘́ 𝗗𝗘𝗦 𝗖𝗔𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗖𝗦 𝗗𝗘 𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗗-𝗕𝗘́𝗥𝗘́𝗕𝗬 (𝗦𝗢𝗚𝗕)

17 agents of the SOGB receive their certificates.

A training workshop with the theme: “𝗠𝗲́𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗲𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗹𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗲́𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗮̀ 𝗹𝗮 𝗿𝗲́𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱’𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲́𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗴𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲”, was held from April 04 to 09, 2022, in Grand-Béréby (San Pedro), a coastal town in southwestern Côte d’Ivoire.

This capacity building session, conducted by the Department of Continuing Education of ENSEA in Abidjan, aimed to enable the seventeen (17) auditors to be able to differentiate between an experiment and a survey; to know the principles of planning an experiment; to propose the experimental device for conducting a trial and to give the elements of an experimental protocol.

Before handing over the certificates, the Head of Continuing Education, Mr. Joseph KARAMOKO, on behalf of the Director of ENSEA, Dr. Hugues KOUADIO, expressed his gratitude to the Management of the Société des Caoutchoucs de Grand Béréby (SOGB), represented by Dr. Jean-Luc HOFS, Director of Agricultural Techniques, for its hospitality and for having put in place the necessary conditions for the realization of this training.

He also congratulated Mr. Kouassi DAOUDA, Head of the Agricultural Experimentation Department and all the beneficiaries. “This intensive training will give you the basics that will enable you to be more competitive” added the representative of the Director of ENSEA.

The Department of Continuing Education of ENSEA delivers demanding training with innovative scientific content. Thus, within the framework of its training courses, the department welcomes auditors from companies, public or semi-public organizations, and the administration.
