With a view to producing knowledge on the issue of taking into account the gender dividend in macroeconomic policies and the evaluation of the effect of this dividend on the economic performance of ECOWAS countries, the project scientific committee “Benefiting from the Gender Dividend” is organising a workshop from 20 to 27 February 2022 in Grand Bassam.
This workshop, which will bring together researchers and doctoral students from ENSEA, will provide an opportunity to take stock of the progress of research work on each theme, to continue and complete the work in progress and to exploit the database of documentary resources to enrich the work.
The results of this work should help all the research teams in the project achievement which is to benefitit from the gender dividend in order to allow a better distribution of the fruits of growth between the various components of society and more specifically in the ECOWAS region.
These scientific days will be an opportunity for participants to make presentations, exchange and discussion sessions during the plenary sessions.
