CISEA 2019: Opening Ceremony and Inaugural Conference

The Opening of the CISEA 2019 was made by Dr. YEO Nahoua, representing Mrs. KABA Nialé, Minister of Planning and Development, after the welcome address by the Director of ENSEA Dr. Hugues KOUADIO and the address by the President of the Scientific Council of the CEA-ENSEA, Prof. Issouf SOUMARE.

Then Dr. Albert Zeufack, Chief Economist of the World Bank for the Africa region, led the inaugural conference on the theme “Data transparency in the Digital Era”, moderated by Prof. Bernadette Kamgnia, Deputy Director of CAPEC, UFHB, Cote d’Ivoire.
