Mr. FE Doukouré Charles holds a Doctorate in Economics from the University of Paris 1 in France and a Diploma in the Senior Statistician Economist engineering programme from ENSEA (Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Statistique et d’Economie Appliquée) in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire. He is an Assistant Professor and holds a teaching and research position at ENSEA where he is in charge of the courses on International Trade Theory, Macroeconomics and International Descriptive Economics. He has participated in various studies carried out by ENSEA and funded by the World Bank, Tulane University, private companies and other international or national institutions. He is a researcher at the Economic Policy Analysis Unit of CIRES (CAPEC). These areas of interest are macroeconomic modelling, regional integration, international trade and public policy assessment.
